This 2022 Donnachadh Pinot Noir opens with aromas of Bing cherry and black plum, accented by hints of pepper, tobacco and fresh leather. As the wine opens up sweet baking spice, tomato leaf, and dried sage add depth and complexity, while the rich red fruit shines through. The expansive mouthfeel is supported by smooth, chalky tannins and balanced acidity. The long finish leaves a lasting impression of vibrant fruit and subtle spice.
