The 2022 Zotovich Vineyard Chardonnay offers vibrant aromas of lemon and lime zest, key lime pie, and hints of spiced and green apples. The palate is rich yet balanced, with notes of ripe yellow apple, sweet vanilla, graham cracker crust, and a touch of honeycomb. A stony minerality and hint of sea salt provide structure, while adding depth. The finish is clean and precise, with a lingering salinity that elevates the overall experience.
